A quiet winter

Poetry, Beyond the Page
Poetry can happen anywhere. In a plate carefully composed like a haiku. In an object shaped by a single line. In moments designed to be felt rather than read. Fern Whisper Studio creates spaces where poetry becomes experience — subtle, intimate, and alive.

Poetry at the Table
A Seasonal Tasting Experience
Poetry does not belong only to the page. It can be tasted, heard, and shared.
Fern Whisper Studio imagines an immersive dining experience in collaboration with a Japanese chef, where a seasonal tasting menu is inspired by selected haikus from Life in 3 Lines / La Vie en 3 Lignes. Each dish becomes a poetic gesture, echoing nature’s rhythm, the passing of seasons, and the quiet emotions captured in three lines.
Before each course, a haiku is spoken aloud, gently introducing the dish and its inner landscape. Words arrive first, then flavours, allowing poetry and gastronomy to unfold together.
Conceived for intimate gatherings and private circles, this experience is designed to be rare and ephemeral. It may also be reimagined for special occasions — including Valentine’s Day — with menus shaped around love haikus, tenderness, and connection.

Poetry at the Table
An Invitation to Japanese Chefs
Fern Whisper Studio warmly invites Japanese chefs who share a sensitivity to seasonality, precision, and poetic gesture to explore a new dialogue between haiku and gastronomy. Drawing from Life in 3 Lines / La Vie en 3 Lignes, this collaboration imagines a tasting menu where each dish resonates with a poem, allowing words, flavours, and silence to coexist. Chefs interested in co-creating an intimate, seasonal experience — where cuisine becomes a form of poetry — are invited to enter into conversation and imagine this journey together.

Poetic Objects
Emotions Made Tangible
Fern Whisper Studio imagines objects conceived as quiet extensions of a haiku from life in 3 lines / La Vie en 3 Lignes — vessels for emotion, memory, and mood. A cup held between the hands while reading a poem, the garden seen through rain, intimacy deepening in silence. The garden, more intimate beneath the rain, becomes not only a line to read, but a moment to inhabit.
These objects are not decorative. They are companions to feeling. A cup that carries a love poem, an everyday object transformed into a gesture of tenderness, a gift that invites pause and presence. Each piece is designed to resonate with a specific verse, allowing poetry to enter daily life through touch, ritual, and repetition.
Offered as personal keepsakes or as meaningful gifts, these poetic objects extend the haiku beyond the page — into moments of solitude, shared affection, or quiet reflection. A way of offering poetry not as something to display, but as something to live with.
