A quiet winter
de bonne heure ce matin
la valse hésitante à trois temps
des flocons de neige

About FERN
Poet · Visual Artist · Creator of immersive poetic experiences
Fern Jean-Joseph is a poet and visual artist whose work explores how poetry can be experienced beyond the page.
Rooted in haiku and short poetic forms, her practice draws attention to fleeting moments, quiet emotions, and the beauty of impermanence. Influenced by Japanese aesthetics and wabi-sabi philosophy, she works across text, image, video, and installation, creating spaces where words are felt as much as they are read.
Her work unfolds through books, visual artworks, immersive videos, and exhibitions, inviting the viewer into a slower, more attentive relationship with time.

philosophy
From reading to feeling
Fern Whisper Studio is guided by a simple intention: to create poetic experiences that invite presence.
Poetry here is not only text, but rhythm, breath, image, and silence. Each project is conceived as an encounter — intimate, minimal, and open — where meaning emerges slowly rather than being imposed.
Impermanence, memory, nature, and human connection form the quiet foundations of the work, allowing each viewer to enter with their own sensibility and pace.
